When you customize with Jivapack, typically you will make decide parameters such as:
– the size and dimensions of your packaging
– the type of paper (kraft, white, recycled etc.) and the thickness of paper
– If you would like to add any additional layers such as food contact safe lamination or foiling
– what you would like to have printed (logo, design, texture etc.)
– if you would like to have add ons such as a window, handles etc.
– if you would like to enhance the box by adding a shine, matt finish, UV finish, emboss, deboss, braille etc.

Yes – we can build new products or customize sizes for you for an MOQ of 5,000 units for most items. For products such as soup and salad bowls and double walled cups, the customization MOQ is 50,000 units.

We recommend that you share your designs in pdf, illustrator or cdr format. We also have a bank of designs which you can use from. We can develop completely new designs at an additional development charge.

Absolutely! It is important that you are happy with what the final product will look like. Sampling for all quantities is chargeable and adjusted with your invoice if you decide to go ahead with an order.

We build our products with love and precision. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 5 weeks (depending on the complexity and size of your order) for customization.

We charge 100% advance payment for customized orders. We can accommodate a smaller advance for larger orders. All our prices will be ex-factory which does not include transportation and GST.

As a BRC certified company, we only use food grade raw materials for all our containers that come in direct contact with the food.
